An eastern outpost of the elven empire of Andilhar that has dwindled in size as human nations – particularly Nemaria and Nethria – war around them.

Nemaria was sympathetic to the Elves and has many half elves amongst their people – but in the face of their defeat to the Nethrians – it is unknown how Nemelas will fair.
